Where are you shipping from?

I ship from my small studio space in Ontario, Canada. Orders are processed to be shipped on Fridays and Saturdays. My standard processing time is 1-2 weeks. It can be longer if there are more orders than usual. I apologize if the time is a little long but, I process all the orders myself by hand. You will be notified once your order is fulfilled. Shipping costs vary and are based on package size and weight.

For EU customers

I do not collect EU VAT on your orders so you may be responsible for paying VAT when your order arrives in your country.

Cancelations and refunds?

Please know all sales are final and I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the items arrive damaged. in some cases i may be able to change the order if i am notified before the order is processed and not shipped out yet.

How long should it take for my package to arrive?

Shipping times vary depending on distance and country. Packages shipped Domestically withing Canada should take 1-2 weeks to arrive. For international, Please give up to 4-8 weeks for your package to arrive. Flat envelope mail will be shipped through regular envelope post and are not tracked.

What do i do if my order is lost?

Unfortunately after the packages are shipped it is out of my control and up to the shipping company. As a result I might not be able to replace your items for you depending on the size and contents of the package.

Please give room for shipping delays up to 4 weeks for domestic and 2 months for international shipping.

If possible please reach out to the shipping carrier directly for further information about your package, and file a claim. Please reach out to me if any further issue occurs.

I put the wrong info on my order?

Please double check your delivery address before confirming your order. Please reach out to me within 24 hours of making your order if your information is incorrect so i can change it.

If you notify me after this time i may not be able to correct your order if i have already processed it and handed it to the shipping carrier.

Why is shipping so expensive?

Due to me being based in Ontario shipping both domestically and internationally is rather expensive due to taxes and generally high shipping rates available to me in my province.

shipping within Canada tends to be around $15 at base level and go up with the size and weight of the package.

what countries do you ship to?

I can ship to countries covers by my square space account plan and Canada Post. It may be somewhat limiting depending on my region but I will have more options available to me as i learn more about the shipping availabilities and different shipping options.

Do you do Commissions?

Depending on my availability i am open to a limited number of commissions.

Will i get a certificate of authenticity?

to preserve the works integrity and value of the original works and limited run prints they will come with a certificate and be signed by me.

regular art prints however will not.

Rights to artwork remain the sole property of Starletwitch/ Imogen Osborne-Sobers including after purchase. This includes the purchase of originals, commissions, prints and current and/or future reproductions of any kind. The purchase of any item, original or otherwise, does not grant the customer permission to mint the piece into an NFT, print and distribute in any form or reproduce in any way by means of profit and/or otherwise.

Collectors may not reproduce artwork in any way without express written permission from the artist. Posting images of the items purchased on social media are always welcome and does not breach this clause.
